RISE

Six months of private executive coaching for the accomplished professional who has quietly known it for a while now: this isn't it.

Not a job search. Not a title bump. This is the work of becoming known in your industry, leading at the level you are actually built for, and being paid accordingly.

Three private clients Six months, one to one Beginning now Apply for a seat

Start here

You're really good at what you do. You have been for a long time.

You're the one people trust. The one who gets it done. The one who can handle more. The one your leadership never has to worry about.

You're smart. You're experienced. You're respected. By every measure anyone else uses, you have arrived.

And still, something in you keeps saying the same thing. This isn't it.

That feeling is not restlessness. It is not ingratitude, and it is certainly not a sign that something is wrong with you. It is accurate information. You are operating well below your actual capacity, and you are the only one in the building who can feel it.

You didn't outgrow your ambition. You outgrew the room.

Why this happens to the most capable people

Excellence made you essential. Essential is a ceiling.

You became the person who could handle anything, so everything came to you. You solved what nobody else could solve. You held what nobody else could hold. And the more indispensable you became exactly where you are, the harder it became for anyone to imagine you anywhere else.

That is the quiet cost of being the one who delivers. Your value gets defined by the problems you absorb rather than the direction you set. Your reputation stays inside the walls of one company, known to a handful of people, most of whom will never say your name in a room you are not in.

Meanwhile the people shaping your industry are not necessarily better at the work than you are. They are simply known for it.

Being the best at the work and being recognized as a leader in your field are two entirely different skill sets.

You have spent your career mastering the first one. RISE is where you build the second.

The shift

From doing the work to being known for it.

You don't need another certification. You don't need five more years. You don't need to work harder, and you certainly don't need to get better at waiting for someone to notice.

What the next level asks of you is different in kind, not in degree.

  • A point of view about where your industry is going, said out loud.
  • Authority in how you speak, write and hold a room.
  • Relationships above your level and outside your company.
  • Visibility that travels beyond the people who already report to you.
  • The instinct to set direction instead of absorbing everything that falls.
  • Power navigated cleanly, without becoming someone you don't recognize.
  • Ambition made visible, and money discussed without flinching.
  • A presence that reads as leadership before you say a word.

And underneath all of it, seeing yourself at the level you want everyone else to see you.

The mirror

You will recognize yourself here.

None of this means you have done anything wrong. It means you have been rewarded for one set of behaviors for a very long time, and those behaviors have taken you as far as they can take you.

The rest is learnable. Faster than you think.

RISE

For the person who has already proven they can do the work. Now we build the leader, the reputation and the influence.

What we build

  • Your leadership.
  • Your authority.
  • Your presence.
  • Your point of view.
  • Your visibility inside your company and across your industry.
  • Your network at the level above you.
  • Your relationship with ambition, power and money.
  • And the position you hold in the minds of the people who decide what happens next.

You don't need me to teach you how to be excellent at your work. You already are, and everyone who works with you knows it.

I am here for the part nobody trained you for. Being known. Being sought out. Being the person whose name comes up when something significant is being decided, in your company and in your field.

You will not be one of forty people in a program. You will be one of three on my private roster, with my full attention for six months.

Inside the six months

The Opening Intensive

A private ninety minute session to begin. We map how you are currently perceived, how you need to be perceived, and the exact distance between the two. You leave knowing what is actually standing between you and the level you want, which is rarely what people assume.

Twelve private sessions

Two one hour sessions every month for six months. Strategy, preparation, debriefs, and the deeper work on how you see yourself. Held in complete confidence.

Voxer, Monday through Friday

Private audio and text access to me for the full six months. The email before you send it. The room you just walked out of. The invitation you are not sure you should accept. Career defining moments rarely wait for your next scheduled call.

Your position and point of view

What you are known for, said in language that sounds like you and lands like authority. We define the thesis you lead with, then put it to work in the rooms, posts, panels and conversations where your industry is actually paying attention.

Visibility strategy

A deliberate plan for becoming known beyond your own building. Speaking, writing, industry relationships, the people worth knowing and the specific way to reach them. Ambition made visible, without ever performing a version of yourself you don't like.

High stakes preparation

Executive presentations, board updates, keynotes, interviews, compensation conversations and the ones you have been avoiding. I review your decks, your language and your delivery before you walk in, and we debrief after.

Compensation strategy

What to ask for, when, who to ask, and the exact language to use. Including how to name a number and hold the silence after it.

Over a decade of recruiting insight

I spent over a decade deciding who moved forward and who did not. You get that perspective applied directly to you. What leadership is screening for at the top, what reads as executive, and what quietly disqualifies extremely capable people.

What six months changes

  • You are known for something specific, by people who have never worked with you.
  • You lead the conversation instead of preparing to survive it.
  • Your point of view circulates in your industry with your name attached.
  • The calls that come are about bigger roles, board seats and stages, not lateral moves.
  • You say what you want, to the person who can give it to you, without softening it into a question.
  • You name your number and hold the silence.
  • You stop absorbing work that was never yours, and the relationships survive it.
  • Opportunity starts arriving instead of being chased.
  • And the voice that said this isn't it goes quiet, because you finally believe what you are.

The roster

Who this is for.

RISE is for you if

  • You have a real track record and the results to prove it.
  • You know you are built for more than the seat you are in, and you are done pretending otherwise.
  • You want influence in your field, not only a promotion inside one company.
  • You want significantly more money and you are ready to ask for it out loud.
  • You are willing to be seen, even when being seen is uncomfortable.
  • You want a private advisor for every high stakes moment of the next six months.

RISE is not

  • A job search. If your next role is the whole goal, that is different work, and Chosen is where I would send you.
  • A personal branding package or a content calendar. Visibility here is built on substance you already have.
  • A course, a curriculum or a group program. This is built entirely around you.
  • A place to rehearse the same frustration for six months. You will be asked to do things differently, starting in week one.

The investment

$15,000

In full, or six monthly payments of $2,750

Six months of private executive coaching. Three clients. Work begins within two weeks of acceptance.

Many clients have this partially or fully covered through a professional development or leadership budget. If that is possible for you, I will give you the language to request it.

One promotion pays for this. So does one negotiated offer. What it actually buys is the next decade of your career.

Your coach

I spent over a decade on the other side of the table.

I am a certified career coach and spent over a decade in recruiting. I have sat in the rooms where decisions about people get made, and I have watched brilliant, deeply capable professionals get passed over while someone less experienced moved up, simply because that person was legible as a leader and they were not.

My work is direct, strategic and extremely practical. We will talk about your self concept, because that is where this actually lives. We will also talk about exactly what you are going to say in Thursday's meeting, which room you need to be in by spring, and what number you are going to give when they ask.

Clients of mine have taken TEDx stages and been paid to speak in their industries.

I take three private clients at a time so each one has my full attention.

Before you apply

Questions.

How much time does this actually take?

A ninety minute session to begin, then an hour every other week, plus Voxer, which you use in the margins of your day. The work happens inside the career you are already building. This is not another project on your plate. It is a different way of moving through the one you have.

Is this confidential?

Completely. What you say about your company, your leadership and your ambitions stays between us. Many clients do this work while remaining deeply committed to their current employer.

I don't want to become an influencer.

Good. Neither do I. Visibility here means the right people in your industry know what you are exceptional at. That is built on the substance you already have, in the rooms and formats that suit you. If posting daily is not your medium, we will not use it.

What if I don't know exactly what more looks like yet?

That is common, and it is often the first thing we solve. Capable people frequently cannot see their own options clearly because they have been heads down for years. We establish the target early, then build toward it.

Do I have to leave my company?

No. Most of this work makes you more valuable exactly where you are, which is precisely why it also gives you options. What you do with those options is yours to decide.

I'm in a demanding season at work. Should I wait?

The demanding season is the material. The reviews, the reorganizations, the impossible stakeholder, the presentation you are dreading. Those moments determine how you are seen, and they are exactly what I am here for.

How is this different from Chosen?

Chosen is for landing the role. RISE is for becoming known, leading at the level you are built for, and being compensated like it. Different goal, different work.

What happens after I apply?

You complete a short application. If it looks like a fit, we meet privately for thirty minutes to talk through where you are and what you want. If we both feel it, you are in, and we begin within two weeks.

Three seats

This isn't it. You were right.

You already have the experience. You already have the respect. What you have not had is someone whose entire job is making sure the right people see it, and making sure you are not the last one to believe it.

Three private clients. Six months. Beginning now.
